Waniyaro means "bastard crocodile" in Japanese. It's a brutal and elegant rum.
This rum was entirely produced at the distillery, in the heart of Haute-Vienne, from its long fermentation to its bottling, including its aging.
It spent a few months in a new Limousin oak barrel with a toasting known as "alligator" or "crocodile", which, added to its long fermentation, gives it a particular character.
Appearance: amber
Nose: lively and concentrated. Fresh fruit, green apple.
Palate: elegant and bold. Notes of molasses, exotic fruits and roasted artichokes. Licorice.
Finish: long and intense. Woody and resinous.
