Here is a white agricultural rum that comes to us from Réunion , from the Bois-Rouge distillery. This distillery produces no less than 500,000 liters of rum each year.
This Savanna Créol 52 is one of the latest creations from this distillery, and an excellent ambassador for Réunion rums!
It is made from cane juice that has undergone a 2-day fermentation.
It benefited from distillation in a Savalle copper column still, which gives it its full character.
Its name Creol 52 reflects its alcohol content of 52° .
Elegant and balanced, this rum has a great intensity of aromas.

Nose
On the nose, this rum bursts with generous aromas of sugar and spices, carried by a sugarcane note that structures the whole. The second nose reveals notes of marzipan sprinkled with dried fruit.
