The Dalmore Luminary No. 2 - 2024 Edition, is an exceptional piece created in collaboration between Melodie Leung and Greg Glass. It is a single malt that was aged in American white oak bourbon casks and then finished in a blend of casks, including a rare 1963 Colheita Port cask, an exceptional cask... Very lightly peated.
Nose: Honey, crème brûlée, leather, guava.
Palate: Brioche-like, fruity. Fig, Seville orange, forest fruits, passion fruit.
Final notes: Roasted chestnut, sweet woody spice, dark cocoa and wood smoke.
