Nose : fresh and seductive at the same time, it reveals sweet notes of ripe pear, cherry juice and exotic fruits. Citrus fruits, blood oranges and lemon, appear to give way to subtle floral notes, apple and cherry blossom. At the opening it becomes more gourmand and pastry-like with coconut, bourbon vanilla and chouquettes filled with whipped cream. Underneath, fine touches of mint and a hint of musk.

Appearance : beautiful gold.

Mouth : juicy and delicious as can be, it keeps the promises of the nose. A farandole of ripe fruit accentuated by clear notes of rum (banana) and caramel. It becomes more complex with zan, licorice and star anise. The mid-palate becomes more fruity, dominated by pear nectar and quickly gives way to creamier flavors without ever becoming heavy. Freshness is omnipresent.

Finish : just as delicious as the palate, it develops on pear and bourbon vanilla before fading into a very beautiful and light bitterness.
